Refund & Return Policy
Hogg3D stands behind the quality of our Australian-designed and manufactured 3D-printed parts. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong part, contact us immediately at sales@hogg3d.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items Please note that items specifically designed or modified for your vehicle (Custom Work) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days.
