Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Hogg3D, we design and manufacture our products right here in Australia. Because our items are 3D printed and hand-assembled to order, please note the following timelines:

1. Order Processing & Handling Time (Manufacturing) We are a production studio, not a warehouse. Every part is printed and inspected before dispatch.

• Handling Time: 2 – 3 business days (Required for 3D printing and assembly).

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (AEST - Brisbane).

• Operating Days: Monday to Friday.

2. Transit Times (Australia Post) We ship all orders from our shed at 7 Maryann Court, Parkhurst, QLD, 4702

• Queensland (Local): 2 – 4 business days.

• Interstate (NSW, VIC, SA, TAS, ACT): 3 – 7 business days.

• Western Australia & Northern Territory: 7 – 10 business days.

• Express Post: 1 – 3 business days (Available at checkout).

3. Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order. We primarily use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

4. Tracking & Delivery Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number.
